Information and Instructions Siro Unique

A steel system chimney that solves design problems. Thanks to its narrow outer diameter and small clearance distances, the Siro Unique chimney requires 30% less space than competitor chimneys. This allows for safe passage even in tight spaces.

 

The chimney is also very easy and quick to install thanks to its own installation kit.

The Siro Unique chimney combines the best features of two top-quality insulations, creating the industry's most advanced safety chimney with enclosed insulation technology. The extremely heat-resistant alkaline earth silicate insulation protects the excellent insulating ability of the mineral wool. Between the insulations is an aluminum layer that prevents heat conduction and reflects heat.

 

Thanks to the insulation structure, the chimney's outer diameter is particularly thin, and the surface temperature is low, making the steel chimney suitable for small fireplaces. Due to its small clearance distances, Siro Unique is an exceptional space-saver for structural penetrations.

 

Applicability:

  • Tested for installation vertically as well as at 30° and 90° angles.
  • Tested according to EN 1856-1 and EN 1859:2009 with an operating temperature test and a 1000 °C soot fire test.
  • Tested for encased structures
  • Tested for fireplaces using dry and wet fuels

The product comes with an underlay and vapor barrier seal made from EPDM rubber compound, as well as roof sealing. The chimney connections are tested for placement within building insulation. The chimney can be installed in an encased structure and through wall penetrations.
